Opting to leave behind the structured luxury of hotel kitchens, Chef Shubham embarked on an entrepreneurial journey from a home-based setup, channeling his culinary expertise into creating premium baked goods that quickly garnered widespread acclaim. He was soon joined by Himani, a former corporate HR professional backed by experience across multiple companies, including Zomato, who brought her organizational acumen to the business. She now oversees operations, team management, and customer experience, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning. Adding further depth to the leadership team, Honey came on board as the strategic and financial advisor. With extensive business experience, Honey plays a pivotal role in guiding the brand’s growth and financial health.
